Kelly Matthews is a Professor of Higher Education in the Institute for Teaching and Learning Innovation at The University of Queensland. With over 150 publications, her research on student–staff partnership has been translated into practice at more than 40 universities across a wide range of disciplines. She is a Principal Fellow of Advance HE, an award-winning university teacher, and a recent recipient of a UQ Excellence Award for Leadership. Her work advances higher education as a public good by cultivating cultures of trust, partnership, and shared purpose that bring students and staff together to create connection, community, and positive change.
