She thrives in complex organisations with diverse stakeholders, working collaboratively to drive change that is grounded in a commitment to purpose, financial responsibility and commercial acumen. She leads high performing, highly engaged teams.

Lucy’s career has scaled up from small arts organisations to large public health services and universities. Prior to joining the University of Melbourne, her experience includes: being part of the Executive team leading the strategic repositioning and financial turn-around at a dual sector university in Victoria (Victoria University); as the CFO at Peter Mac during a period of extraordinary growth in patient activity and funding following the move to Parkville; leading a transformation program at Austin Health; CFO in the start-up team at Victorian Opera; and, part of the financial turnaround team at the Royal College of Music, London.
